When we develop bodily awareness, we become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and actions. 

We highly recommend everyone to combine meditation with yoga!

Everyone is welcome to our yoga classes. We adjust yoga postures to individual needs.

We offer Yin yoga with mental strategies 8-week course on Mondays 17:45–19:15.
