We are moving our courses online


Our hearts go out to those directly affected by the current global situation.


We want to offer help and asistance, however we can, to those affected by offering access to our courses online.


We are making the courses available using software that you can use on mobile devices and computers. You will be able to interact with us as if you are in the centre at the course.


Meditation can help calm the mind and help cope with anxiety, stress and negative emotions.
