Spaces to rent or hire

At Yeshin Norbu Meditation Centre we have plenty of spacious, bright, modern spaces with unique character to rent or hire, located in the heritage-listed building from 1907. We are situated by Roslagstull, close to the Royal College of Technology, Stockholm University, and the Karolinska Institute.

There are several different rooms to hire, each with their unique atmosphere. Our premises are suitable for conferences, public talks, breakfast meetings, seminars, yoga and meditation courses, therapy, coaching and interviews.

All rooms includes equipment needed for conferences or meetings: chairs and meditation pillows/ blankets, projector and screen and flip chart. Live-streaming equipment is available for those participating online. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. We give you a run through of the equipment but no additional technical support is included in the prize.

Open Space

The room has a rectangular shape and is bright and spacious with high ceilings and large windows. It’s perfect for seminars and larger groups. It’s also suitable for larger yoga and/ or meditation events. The room has a projector and a big movie canvas as well as cameras for live streaming/ video conferencing.

Gompa – Meditation room

Perfect for yoga, meditation and similar activities. The room is decorated in a traditional Tibetan Buddhist style and has an intimate and calming atmosphere. The room also has cameras for live streaming.

Cancellation policy

A booking fee in the amount of 400 SEK will be charged at booking and is non refundable.

For cancellations earlier than 14 days before the booked date, 100 % of the total cost except for the booking fee will be refunded.

For cancellations 7-14 days before the booked date the customer will pay 50 % of the total cost.

For cancellations 0-7 days before the booked date the customer will pay 100 % of the total cost.
