Drop-in yoga

Yoga hjÀlper dig utveckla grundlÀggande kroppslig medvetenhet vilket har mÄnga fördelar. Yoga förbÀttrar balans, uthÄllighet, styrka, ökar din immunitet och ger snabbare ÄterhÀmtning. De mest omedelbara resultaten av yoga Àr bÀttre sömn och djupare avkoppling. Förutom alla fysiska egenskaper, odlar du Àven positiva mentala egenskaper. NÀr vi utvecklar kroppslig medvetenhet blir vi mer medvetna om vÄra tankar, kÀnslor och handlingar.

Vi rekommenderar alla att kombinera meditation med yoga!

Alla Àr vÀlkomna till vÄra yogakurser. Vi anpassar yogastÀllningarna efter individuella behov.

Vi erbjuder Yin-yoga med mentala strategier drop-in klasser pÄ mÄndagar 17:45-19:15 samt Iyengar yoga för nybörjare drop-in klasser pÄ torsdagar 16.00-17.30.
