HjÀrnforskning har visat att mindfulness och meditation kan hjÀlpa oss slappna av och öka vÄr förmÄga att behÄlla fokus och mental klarhet. KÀnner du dig stressad, orolig eller splittrad ibland? VÀlkommen att meditera med oss. 

Alla Àr vÀlkomna, oavsett tidigare erfarenhet av meditation och mindfulness. Om det kommer nybörjare anpassar vi oss till det. För mer erfarna utövare Àr det en fin möjlighet att meditera tillsammans med andra och att upprÀtthÄlla en regelbunden meditationspraktik.

Vi erbjuder drop-in meditationer, inspirerade av vÄrt MSC Meditationsprogram, vid lunch kl. 12:00-12:30 mÄndag till fredag, och varje tisdag kvÀll kl. 18:00-19:00.

Vad kommer det att ge mig?

  • Även korta meditationer hjĂ€lper dig att slappna av och Ă„terfĂ„ fokus.
  • Ta en paus frĂ„n jobbet eller dagliga rutiner för att Ă„terstĂ€lla din energi och bygga upp balans och fokus.
  • Genom vĂ„ra drop-in-meditationer kan du göra meditation till en del av din dagliga rutin.
