Hjärnforskning har visat att mindfulness och meditation kan hjälpa oss slappna av och öka vår förmåga att behålla fokus och mental klarhet. Känner du dig stressad, orolig eller splittrad ibland? Välkommen att meditera med oss. 

Alla är välkomna, oavsett tidigare erfarenhet av meditation och mindfulness. Om det kommer nybörjare anpassar vi oss till det. För mer erfarna utövare är det en fin möjlighet att meditera tillsammans med andra och att upprätthålla en regelbunden meditationspraktik.

Vi erbjuder drop-in meditationer, inspirerade av vårt MSC Meditationsprogram, vid lunch kl. 12:00-12:30 måndag till fredag, och varje tisdag kväll kl. 18:00-19:00.

Vad kommer det att ge mig?

  • Även korta meditationer hjälper dig att slappna av och återfå fokus.
  • Ta en paus från jobbet eller dagliga rutiner för att återställa din energi och bygga upp balans och fokus.
  • Genom våra drop-in-meditationer kan du göra meditation till en del av din dagliga rutin.
