VÄra buddhistiska kurser och event siktar pÄ att ge nÀring Ät medkÀnsla, visdom, vÀnlighet och sann lycka hos individer i alla Äldrar. Vi erbjuder kurser, retreats, drop-ins och möjligheter till grupputövning för att tillfredsstÀlla bÄde nybörjare och erfarna utövare. 

Vi erbjuder introduktionskurserna “Introduktion till buddhistisk meditation” och “Buddhism i ett nötskal”, samt det tvĂ„Ă„riga studieprogrammet “Discovering Buddhism”.

Vi erbjuder drop-ins som möjliggör ett mer öppet format och större flexibilitet. Kom och meditera och interagera med Venerable Michael eller delta i vÄr gruppraktik. Vi erbjuder ocksÄ en kurs och drop-ins i tantrisk visualiseringsmeditation. Sist men inte minst organiserar vi helgkurser med gÀstlÀrare som Àr registrerade FPMT-lÀrare.

VÄrt utbud Àr i linje med FPMT:s visdomskultur som bygger Lama Thubten Yeshe och Lama Zopa Rinpoche visdom och medkÀnsla. De viktigaste punkterna i FPMT visdomskultur Àr:

  • Öppenhet och bredd nĂ€r vi presenterar Dharma. Lama Yeshes undervisningsstil var icke-traditionell, men Ă€ndĂ„ helt korrekt vad gĂ€ller kĂ€llor och innehĂ„ll. 
  • Detaljer och instruktionsdjup. Lama Zopa Rinpoches undervisningsstil betonar hur man utövar och gör varje ögonblick djupt meningsfullt genom bodhichitta och tomhet.
  • FPMT:s viddomskultur uppmuntrar oss att förverkliga av lamrim-undervisningen i hjĂ€rtat, inte bara genom intellektuella studier.
  • Kontinuerlig utövning av ackumulering av meriter och rening av sinnet. Dessa praktiker betonas som vĂ€sentliga för att fĂ„ tillfĂ€llig lycka och för att förbereda sinnet för insikter.
  • Förtroende för tantra, att uppmuntra utövare att ha andligt sjĂ€lvförtroende.
  • Respekt och stöd för ordinerade Sangha. Vi anser att ordinerad Sangha Ă€r vĂ€sentlig för traditionen.
  • Utveckla en nĂ€ra familjekĂ€nsla. FPMT Ă€r en vĂ€rldsomfattande familj av utövare som förenas av vĂ„r kultur, hĂ€ngivenhet till vĂ„ra lĂ€rare och ett standardmaterial för utövning.
  • Att tĂ€nka stort. Vi odlar vĂ„r önskan att vara till stor nytta för otaliga varelser och gör sedan verklighet av vĂ„r önskan!
