Om oss

Yeshin Norbu Meditation center is a non-profit members organization that is greatly inspired by his Holiness the Dalai Lama’s vision of secular and universal ethics. The center started in 2017 by a handful of enthusiastic volunteers that together helped build the center to what it is today, and has since then been offering various classes that promote mental well being, such as meditation, mindfulness and Tibetan Buddhist philosophy classes.

Yeshin Norbu Meditation center is affiliated with the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT) which is a worldwide non-profit organization with 165 centers and projects in 40 countries. We follow the authentic Tibetan Buddhist tradition as taught by the founders of the FPMT, Lama Thubten Yeshe and Lama Thubten Zopa Rinpoche.

Om den föreslagna kursdonationen verkar för mycket för dig, vänligen låt oss veta ([email protected]) and we’ll see how we can help

About Tibetan Buddhism

Tibetan Buddhism is a tradition that developed in Tibet based on the teachings of the Buddha and later Indian scholars, presenting a structured path to understanding the mind, reality, and human experience. It integrates study, analytical inquiry, meditation, and ethical conduct, often organized through frameworks such as the lamrim (stages of the path), which outline a gradual approach to insight into impermanence, suffering, and the nature of self. Alongside its philosophical systems and practices, the tradition emphasizes the development of a kind and altruistic attitude as part of the path toward enlightenment.
