Brain research has shown that mindfulness and meditation can help us relax and increase our ability to maintain focus and mental clarity. Do you feel stressed, anxious or distracted at times? Welcome to meditate with us.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience of meditation and mindfulness. If there are beginners, we adapt to their needs. For more experienced practitioners, it is a great opportunity to meditate with others and maintain a regular meditation practice.

We offer drop-in meditations, inspired by our MSC Meditation Program, at lunchtime 12:00-12:30, Monday to Friday.

What will I take away into my daily life?

  • Even short meditations help you relax and regain focus.
  • Take a break from work or daily routines, to restore your energy and cultivate balance and focus.
  • Through our drop-in meditations, you can make meditation a part of your daily routine.
