Ways to support the Center
As a non-profit members organization Yeshin Norbu offer all of our own classes on a donation basis. No one should be excluded to join our activities due to financial circumstances. The income we receive for classes help cover running costs of the center and costs related to courses and teachings. But we also very much welcome extra support by the public, to help strengthen the center economy and flourishing more long term.
Below are listed a couple of ways you can support the center.
Become a Member
Yeshin Norbu always welcome more members as we highly value your input at the center and we hope that you appreciate being part of the organisation as well. As a non-profit organisation, we offer our classes on a not-for-profit basis. We charge to cover the costs of keeping the centre running and the costs related to courses and teachings. As a member you also receive 10% discount on all the centre classes and events. The membership costs 250 kr/yearly.
If you want to support the center and have an impact the development of Yeshin Norbu in Stockholm, you can register as a member of Yeshin Norbu non-profit organisation.
Mental Gym Card
If you wish to explore more of the program, making the most of what the centre has to offer you may also consider becoming a Mental Gym Card holder, which gives you free access to most of our courses and events at the center through a monthly subscription.
Become a Yeshin Norbu Guardian
Another way to support the centre is by becoming a Yeshin Norbu Guardian. This is for everyone who cares a little extra about Yeshin Norbu’s long-term financial stability and growth. Different from a membership fee that is paid once a year. Guardians can make more regular donations either montly, quarterly or yearly of personal amount of your choice. Guardians will receive a limited edition Yeshin Norbu Friends bag as a token of our gratitude and early notifications about special events at the center.
Dana through the Tax system
Another way to support the center is by registering dana via your tax return. Giving Buddhist dana via your tax return means that you give 0.7% of your deductible tax (what is usually called church tax) to a religious community of your choice, including Yeshin Norbu. This then gives Yeshin Norbu monthly support paid out by the Tax Authority.

Buying regular tickets
If you decide to join a course or a drop-in meditation, please register via our website. Tickets are available for each event, and you find all events under event Schedule.
We carry the concept of “minimum donation”, which is the price-point that covers the costs of keeping the centre running. In addition to the minimum donation, if you wish to support the centre or other participants who cannot afford paying, you can donate a larger amount. It is a great opportunity to practice generosity and benefit others!
To purchase a ticket, you must first put the item in your shopping cart and then pay for it in the checkout. When you buy a ticket, you will receive two emails: one containing your ticket (including the zoom link) and one which is a receipt. Take a look in the spam folder if you have bought a ticket and haven’t received the emails. Please consider adding us as a secure address in your inbox. Discounted tickets for students and pensioners
The centre policy is never to turn anyone away due to lack of funds, if you find the minimum donation is too much, don’t hesitate to contact us and we can find a solution.
We generally offer a 20 percent discount on the “minimum donation” for pensioners, unemployed and students. To use this discount, please add the course to the cart, click on Checkout, and in the box “Coupon code” type in “discount20”.
Volunteering
Yeshin Norbu is a non-profit organization run by hard-working core staff and volunteers. Without people kindly offering their time, skills and service, we would not be able to exist. Volunteering at Yeshin Norbu is a great way of becoming a part of a community striving to contribute to a more peaceful world.
