Intermediate Courses
A natural progression for students who have studied introduction programs such as Discovering Buddhism are invited to join the intermediate courses and retreat days held at the center. This gives students a possibility to deepen their understandings even further, as part of a community of practitioners. The intermediate classes courses are usually held on Tuesdays between 6-8 pm. If you have studied any buddhist introductory course aside from Discovering Buddhism and think this level of studies seem suitable for you, please email us on: hello@yeshinnorbu.se, and we are happy to answer any questions about this.
The upcoming Intermediate course coming in January 2026 is introducing ways how to integrate buddhist practice in daily life, including how to set up a home altar, how to perform water bowl offerings, to do preliminary practices such as making tsatsas and mandala offerings as well as explaining various Tibetan Buddhist rituals and practices advised and compiled by Lama Zopa Rinpoche.
