Do you sometimes feel stressed, worried or distracted? Brain research has shown that mindfulness and meditation can help us develop more focus, become more relaxed and create greater mental clarity.
Join our drop-in meditations to make meditation part of your daily routine. Even short meditations help you relax and regain focus.
We offer drop-in meditations at lunchtime 12:00-12:30 Monday through Friday, and every Tuesday evening at 18:00-19:00. More details below.
We offer the meditations at the center and online (via Zoom).
Who can join?
Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience of meditation and mindfulness. If there are beginners we adapt to this. For those who are more experienced this is a great opportunity to sustain a regular meditation practice.
Drop-in meditations at lunchtime 12:00-12:30, Monday through Friday.
Instead of thinking or talking about work during lunch, take a break to restore energi, balance, and focus.
Drop-in meditations on Tuesdays 18:00-19:00
We lead three guided meditations of 15-20 minutes each, taken from our MSC Meditation Program. After the meditations you can have a fika, hang out and join interesting discussions.
The meditations are guided in Swedish or English depending on the people attending.
