Styrelsens ordförande är ordförande för medlemsmötena och så många som möjligt av styrelsens medlemmar och anställda deltar. Våren 2021 hålls medlemsmöten tisdagen den 2 februari och måndagen den 12 april.

Agendan ser ut så här:

3) Styrelseordförande: Nuläge på centret inklusive styrkor, utmaningar, behov
4) Center manager: Möjligheter för medlemmar att bidra i verksamheten

The purpose of our member meetings is to promote the conditions for member engagement in Yeshin Norbu non-profit association and increase communication between members, board and employees. This is not a governing meeting, like the annual general meeting, but rather an opportunity to meet, give and receive input and be inspired to engage in Yeshin Norbu.

The chairman of the board is the chairman of the member meetings and as many of the board members and employees as possible participate. In the spring of 2021, member meetings will be held on Tuesday 2 February and Monday 12 April.

The agenda looks like this:

1) Introduction: The purpose of member meetings and the association’s statutes.
2) Meditation and refuge
3) Chairman of the Board: Current situation at the centre, including strengths, challenges, needs
4) Centre manager: Opportunities for members to contribute
5) Comments and ideas from members
6) Breakout groups with discussions based on points 3-5.
7) Joint discussion based on the breakout groups: How action points are taken forward and by whom.
8) Fika
9) Summary and dedication
10) Next meeting
