Venerable Michael leder en enkel meditation följt av en presentation om hur vi kan leva ett mer meningsfullt liv. Hur kan vi identifiera negativa sinnestillstånd och övervinna dem? Vilka metoder kan hjälpa oss hantera stressande situationer? Hur kan vi gradvis åstadkomma en positiv förändring och i slutändan gå på vägen mot upplysning? Det kommer att finnas utrymme att ställa frågor.

Venerable Michael will lead a basic meditation, followed by a presentation on how we can lead a more meaningful life. By identifying negative states of mind and how to overcome them, methods that can help deal with stressful situations will be introduced. Gradually bringing about a positive transformation and ultimately guiding one on the path to enlightenment. There will be room for questions & answers.

Location: At the centre (7 places; first come, first served!*) and online via Zoom. *If you want to participate at the centre you need to inform us about that in the field ”Additional information” i the checkout when buying your ticket*. When you have purchased a ticket you will receive an email with the link to the Zoom meeting.
Ticket price: Minimum donation 50 SEK
Last day of registration: The same day, 5 minutes to 18:00

  • Venerable Michael Yeshe

    Venerable Michael Yeshe

    Venerable Michael was born in London in 1966 to a Greek father and a Belgian mother. He was raised in Kopan Monastery in Nepal and has been a monk in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition since the age of 7. At age 13, he entered the Sera Jey Monastic University in South India where he spent the next 18 years studying Buddhist Philosophy. Since 1996, Ven Michael Yeshe has been invited to Buddhist centres in America, Singapore, Malaysia and Holland as a translator and teacher. For 11 years he was residing at the Tara Institute in Melbourne where he served as translator for Venerable Geshe Doga.

    Venerable Michael is a resident teacher at Yeshin Norbu since autumn 2020 and leads our Buddhist courses and retreats.
