OBS! SLUTSÅLT PÅ PLATS, MEN PLATS FINNS OM DU VILL DELTA ONLINE. VĂ€lkommen till en introduktionskvĂ€ll med bĂ„de teori och praktik. 

Kum Nye kallas yoga men liknar inte det vi vanligtvis förknippar med yoga. Alla kan delta och man behöver inte alls vara trĂ€nad för att fĂ„ ut nĂ„got av praktiken. Rörelserna rör sig mellan mjuka, lugna och mycket dynamiska, och det handlar inte om att göra dem “rĂ€tt”. 

Genom rörelserna löses spÀnningar upp och ett inre helande startar. NÀr vi gÄr djupare rör vi oss mot stillhet, meditation och kontakt med vÄr inre kunskap.

Den hĂ€r formen av Kum Nye Ă€r utformad av den tibetanske laman Tarthang Tulku. NĂ€r han började undervisa i vĂ€st insĂ„g han att de meditationer han lĂ€rde ut inte hade den effekt de var tĂ€nkta att ha. Studenter han mötte hade behov av att först vara mer nĂ€rvarande i sina kroppar och kĂ€nslor. 

Praktiken leder till ökad öppenhet, stillhet, balans, och en kĂ€nsla av att vara mer nĂ€rvarande och levande. Vi rör oss och fokuserar pĂ„ de kĂ€nslor och förnimmelser vi kĂ€nner i kroppen. Genom detta sker förĂ€ndringar av sig sjĂ€lvt. De delar som varit avstĂ€ngda vĂ€cks upp, och de omrĂ„den som varit överaktiva, oftast vĂ„rt huvud och tankar, lugnas ner och balans skapas. Vi arbetar med andningen, och andas pĂ„ ett speciellt Kum Nye-sĂ€tt som energisĂ€tter hela vĂ„rt system.

Kum Nye is called yoga but is not similar to what we usually associate with yoga. Everyone can participate and you do not need to be trained at all to get something out of practice. The movements move between soft, calm and very dynamic, and it’s not about doing them “right”.

The movements dissolve the muscular and mental tension, and an inner healing takes place. As we go deeper, we move towards stillness, meditation and contact with our inner knowledge.

This form of Kum Nye is designed by the Tibetan Laman Tarthang Tulku. When he began teaching in the West, he realized that the meditations he was teaching did not have the effect they were supposed to have. The students he met needed to first be more present in their bodies and feelings.

The practice leads to increased openness, tranquility, balance, and a sense of being more present and alive. We move and focus on the emotions and sensations in the body. Through this, changes happen  by themselves. We create balance by awakening the areas that have been inactive or dull and calming down overactive areas, such as our heads and thoughts. We work with breathing, and apply special Kum Nye breathing techniques that energizes our entire system.

  • You will acquire tools which you can use in your everyday life and learn exercises you can continue to practice at home.

  • Participating in the introduction is a requirement to participate during the rest of the weekend.

    Stig Albansson

    Stig came in contact with Kum Nye Yoga during a course/retreat at Nyingma Institute in Berkeley, California 1996/97. Since 1998 he has led courses and retreats mainly in the Gothenburg area, and periodically also online. For the past five years, Stig studied with Arnaud Maitland, in Kum Nye Teacher Trainings level 1-4. Stig teaches our weekend retreat in Kum Nye Yoga 25-27 Sep.
