——————ENGLISH——————

Explore what Buddhism says about the meaning of life and our true nature with Venerable Michael. During the two hours introduction you will learn about the mind and it’s potential. We will explore why we experience disturbing emotions and other sufferings throughout life. Is there a way out? Buddhism says “yes”! The way to achieve everlasting happiness is through changing how we perceive ourselves and the world. Change is possible because of the impermanent nature of all phenomena including our mind. We can achieve limitless compassion and wisdom.

We will start and end with short meditations and there will be a Q&A session.
