——————ENGLISH——————
Explore what Buddhism says about the meaning of life and our true nature with Venerable Michael. During the two hours of introduction you will learn about the mind and itâs potential. We will explore why we experience disturbing emotions and other sufferings throughout life. Is there a way out? Buddhism says âyesâ! The way to achieve everlasting happiness is through changing how we perceive ourselves and the world. Change is possible because of the impermanent nature of all phenomena including our mind. We can achieve limitless compassion and wisdom. We will start and end with short meditations and there will be a Q&A session.
