We offer this free introduction online and in person at the centre.
For online meetings we use the tool called Zoom. There are two options:
1. Use the Zoom app. If you haven’t used it before it will be downloaded to your phone or computer.
2. Use Zoom in your web browser. In this scenario you don’t need to download the Zoom app as the meeting will open directly in your browser. (Might not work so well on your smartphone)

We would like to tell you more about what we do and how we can help you find more peace and well-being. Please join our introduction session online or come to the centre if you wish.

We will make an introduction to Mind Training, what it is and how to cultivate it. We will practice together and have Questions and Answers session. You will also get information about our courses, drop-ins and events.
