Buddhism i ett nötskal Àr en 5-veckors introduktionskurs som ger en översikt över buddhismen i allmÀnhet och buddhismen i den tibetanska traditionen i synnerhet. Den Àr lÀmplig för de som Àr nya till buddhism, men ocksÄ för de som har tagit del av buddhistisk undervisning tidigare, men vill ha ett mer strukturerat upplÀgg för att förstÄ vÀgen till upplysning sÄ som den lÀrdes ut av Shakyamuni Buddha.

Varje kurstillfÀlle bestÄr av undervisning, diskussioner och korta guidade meditationer som passar nybörjare.

Buddhism in a Nutshell is a 5 week FPMT introductory course that provides an overview of Buddhism in general and Buddhism in the Tibetan tradition in particular. It is suitable for people encountering Buddhism for the first time, as well as for people who have heard or read some Buddhist teachings but would like a more structured approach to understanding the path to enlightenment as taught by Shakyamuni Buddha.

Each session consists of teachings, discussions, and short guided meditations suitable for beginners.

Location: At the centre and online via Zoom. When you have purchased a ticket you will receive an email with the link to the Zoom meeting.

    Zarina Osmonalieva

    Zarina is the Media Manager at Yeshin Norbu. She is a certified Cultivating Emotional Balance trainer and Iyengar Yoga teacher. Zarina is a Buddhist practitioner since 2008 and has been leading courses at Yeshin Norbu since 2018. She holds a PhD degree in industrial economics and organization, and she wants to dedicate her life to studying Buddhist philosophy and psychology. This semester Zarina is leading our Buddhism in a Nutshell and Introduction to Buddhist Meditation courses, lunch time drop-in mindfulness meditation (on Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and Iyengar yoga for beginners.
