About the Practice
Following the Oral Transmission and commentary on the Chenrezig Sadhana with H.E. Yongzin Ling Rinpoche, we warmly invite you to join our Compassion Mani Group Practice—an opportunity to continue and deepen your connection to this profound practice in a supportive community setting.
These sessions are part of our participation in the FPMT Global Mani Retreat, a worldwide collective effort to recite the mantra OM MANI PADME HUM for the benefit of all beings and to offer the accumulated mantras to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
Our first session takes place on Chökhor Düchen, one of the four great holy days of the Buddhist calendar, commemorating the Buddha’s first teaching. On this exceptionally auspicious day, the karmic results of our actions are multiplied many millions of times, making it a powerful opportunity to engage in practice, generate merit, and set a strong intention for the months ahead.
Each session will include guided Chenrezig practice, mantra recitation, and time to dedicate the merit together. Practicing in a group helps to strengthen our motivation, maintain consistency, and feel connected—both to one another and to the wider global community engaged in this retreat.
Whether you are continuing from the transmission or simply wish to join in this collective practice, you are most welcome. No previous experience is required—only a sincere wish to cultivate compassion and benefit others.
Let us use this precious opportunity to keep the momentum alive, deepen our practice over the summer, and contribute to a vast field of compassion, merit, and prayers for the wellbeing of all beings.
We look forward to practicing together.
