About This Event
We will gather at Hellasgården for a gentle day in nature, taking time to slow down, connect, and enjoy the simplicity of being outdoors together.
The day will include a walk in nature, guided meditation sessions led by Venerable Khadro, and a shared picnic. Please bring your own food and anything you may need for your comfort.
There will be space for both quiet reflection and informal connection, allowing everyone to engage in a way that feels natural.
What to Expect
- A walk in nature at Hellasgården
- Guided meditation sessions with Venerable Khadro
- A relaxed picnic (bring your own food)
- Time to connect with others and the natural surroundings
This is an open community event—everyone is welcome.
As a thank you for the continuous support of or members this day is offered for free to all our Yeshin Norbu Community Members.
Yeshin Norbu is more than a place where we offer meditation courses and Buddhist teachings. It is a community — created, supported and shaped by the people who gather here.
Becoming a member is one way to become an active part of that community.
For 250 SEK per year, your membership helps strengthen Yeshin Norbu as a non-profit organisation and supports us in creating a place where people can come together to learn, practise, reflect and connect.
As a member, you also have a voice in the future of the centre. Twice a year, we invite our members to special gatherings where we spend time together, enjoy a shared activity and create space to hear your ideas, thoughts and wishes for Yeshin Norbu. It is an opportunity not just to attend our programme, but to help shape the community behind it.
Your membership also has a very practical impact. The number of members we have determines which grants we are eligible to apply for. These grants are an important part of how we can keep our programme affordable and continue developing new courses, teachings and activities.
So if Yeshin Norbu has offered you something — a teaching that stayed with you, a moment of quiet in a busy week, a community to practise with, or simply a place where you feel welcome — consider becoming a member and helping make that possible for others, too.
