VENUE HIRE

Rent our spacious, bright, modern premises with unique character – located in the heritage-listed building from 1907. We are situated by Roslagstull, close to the Royal College of Technology, Stockholm University, and the Karolinska Institute. 

We have several different  rooms, each with their unique atmosphere. Our premises are suitable for conferences of different kinds, breakfast meetings, seminars, yoga and meditation courses, therapy, coaching and interviews.

Included in the price for all rooms is equipment needed for conferences or meetings: chairs and meditation pillows/ blankets, sound system and projector for computer and chords. Live-streaming equipment is available for those participating online. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. We will give you a run through of the equipment but no additional technical support is included in the prize.

 

Open Space

The room has a rectangular shape and is bright and spacious with high ceilings and large windows. It’s perfect for seminars and larger groups. It’s also suitable for larger yoga and/ or meditation events. The room has a projector and a big movie canvas as well as cameras for live streaming/ video conferencing.

Gompa

Perfect for yoga, meditation and similar activities. The room is decorated in a traditional Tibetan Buddhist style and has an intimate and calming atmosphere. The room also has cameras for live streaming.

Our café is available for hire. The space has large windows with a lot of natural light.  It has a cosy atmosphere and is decorated with a lot of plants.

Cancellation policy

A booking fee in the amount of 400 SEK will be charged at booking and is non refundable. 

For cancellations earlier than 14 days before the booked date, 100 % of the total cost except for the booking fee will be refunded.  

For cancellations 7-14 days before the booked date the customer will pay 50 % of the total cost. 

For cancellations 0-7 days before the booked date the customer will pay 100 % of the total cost.
