Gunilla T Jonsson
Gunilla T Jonsson is Yin-yoga, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Corporate Based Mindfulness Training teacher and a member of Mindfulness-Based Teacher Association Sweden. She has worked as an organizational consultant and leadership coach for many years and prior to that she worked as a licensed naprapath. In yin-yoga teaching she combines her knowledge about body, mindfulness, health, and leadership. Some of her body awareness and meditation teachers are Camilla Sköld, Magdalena Mecweld, Isolde Matulessy, Glen Svensson, Stephan Pende, Sangye Khadro.
