Yeshin Norbu retains the right to amend, modify or withdraw: the website, these terms and conditions at its discretion without notice to you. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be applicable to the order, even where there are subsequent amendments.

This Website also contains links to other websites (such as order tracking), which are not operated by Yeshin Norbu. Yeshin Norbu has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Terms of purchase

Yeshin Norbu only accepts orders made from our Website – we currently cannot process orders via telephone, e-mail or by post.

To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age. You must also provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as e-mail address and mobile number).

Items placed in the shoppingbag are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed by Yeshin Norbu through order confirmation sent to your e-mail address.

a. Contract and confirmation of order

When ordering goods on the Website, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after Yeshin Norbu have confirmed the order to the e-mail address given by you (Order Confirmation). The order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address when Yeshin Norbu has registered the order and received payment.

b. Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in Swedish Kronas (SEK) on the website and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process.

c. Payment

Yeshin Norbu online shop accepts the following means of payment for orders from yeshinnorbu.se.

Credit-/debitcard

When paying using a credit- or debitcard (VISA, Mastercard, Sofort or Maestro), the amount of the order is immediately authorized, and the authorization will be debited when the order is dispatched.

All payments that are conducted with a credit- or debitcard are made via our secure Payment Service Provider (PSP) which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form providing high-level security for the customer in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. All credit- and debit cardholders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer. If the issuer of the given credit- or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to Yeshin Norbu, you shall receive a message stating that the payment couldn’t be performed. Yeshin Norbu shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment

Swish

Direct payment via Swish is a quick and easy payment option. The payment method applies to orders from yeshinnorbu.se and assumes that you have Swish and BankID security app on your mobile. When you choose Swish as the payment option, fill in your mobile number associated with the app, and complete the purchase by following the onscreen instructions.

Exchange and returns

Right of withdrawal / exchange / open purchase / return

Once payment has been made for a ticket purchase it can not be cancelled. The distance and home sales law (“Distansavtalslagen”) is not applicable for the sale of event tickets. Therefore the customer is bound by their order once payment has been made. Lost tickets will not be reimbursed. Tickets may however be transferred to another person.

Refunds

In the event that Yeshin Norbu needs to cancel an event a refund will be made within 14 days with the same payment method that the customer used to pay for their order.
