MINDFULNESS AND COMPASSION retreats
Imagine turning off all your devices. Imagine retreating from the busyness of everyday life, spending in silence cultivating greater focus, relaxation and mental clarity.
Spending time in retreat allows us to deepen our practice and understanding, and to get to know ourselves more fully. It is a way to recharge our mental batteries and to prepare ourselves to better face the overstimulated, fast-paced, and crazy world we are all trying to navigate.
We offer retreats that range from a couple of hours up to a week, based on our courses the MSC Meditation Program, 16 Guidelines, Cultivating Emotional Balance, and Mindful Self-Compassion.
