New Here?

Here for a class or event?

Show your ticket to the person receiving you, and join the class. If you’re early, have a cup of tea or coffee in our café and relax. If you’re late, please join the class anyway (you’ve made it here, we’d rather you come in!)

Just want to drop by and check us out or visit our café/ shop?

We welcome visitors between the hours of 10.30 and 15.30 Tuesday to Friday. We invite you to have a “fika” in our café, have a look at our program of events and courses and let us answer any questions we can. We have a small bookshop with books related to Buddhist science of mind, psychology and philosophy, meditation, neuroscience and different topics related to mind training. There is also an on-site library where you’ll find a range of interesting books to enjoy during your visit.  We also have various meditation items from Nepal and our own range of meditation cushions among other things.

How to get here?

Please see the contact page.

What do I wear?

We keep our shoes on in the café. In the rest of the center: set your feet free! There are slippers provided, or bring your own if you wish. If you need to wear shoes for medical reasons it is perfectly ok to keep them on.

For our mindfulness and other mind training courses, we simply ask you to dress in a way you feel comfortable to meditate in. When we have Buddhist monks and nuns teaching, out of respect for the monks and nuns, we ask you to abide by the ‘neck-to-knee’ principle. This means in summer being mindful not to wear shorts, and avoiding strappy singlets. No sleeves is fine, but try to have the shoulders covered. If in doubt, bring a light sarong or scarf. If you get cold, we have blankets.
