Under denna endagskurs kommer Venerable Michael Yeshe att ge en introduktion till Discovering Buddhism-modulen “Wisdom of emptiness”. Han kommer att ge en överblick av ämnet som passar såväl de som går Discovering Buddhism som de som är helt nya till ämnet. Alla är välkomna!

In this one day course, Venerable Michael Yeshe will give an overview of the subject Wisdom of emptiness, which is studied more in depth in the Discovering Buddhism study program. The one day course suits both those who participate in Discovering Buddhism and those who are completely new.

Location: At the centre (7 places; first come, first served!*) and online via Zoom. *If you want to participate at the centre you need to inform us about that in the field “Additional information” i the checkout when buying your ticket*. When you have purchased a ticket you will receive an email with the link to the Zoom meeting.

  • Venerable Michael Yeshe

    Venerable Michael Yeshe

    Venerable Michael was born in London in 1966 to a Greek father and a Belgian mother. He was raised in Kopan Monastery in Nepal and has been a monk in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition since the age of 7. At age 13, he entered the Sera Jey Monastic University in South India where he spent the next 18 years studying Buddhist Philosophy. Since 1996, Ven Michael Yeshe has been invited to Buddhist centres in America, Singapore, Malaysia and Holland as a translator and teacher. For 11 years he was residing at the Tara Institute in Melbourne where he served as translator for Venerable Geshe Doga.

    Venerable Michael is a resident teacher at Yeshin Norbu since autumn 2020 and leads our Buddhist courses and retreats.
