”Retreat” betyder att ta en paus från vardagliga bekymmer och synsätt, och ge sig själv möjligheten att fokusera på verkligheten. Borta från våra vanliga distraktioner kan vi träna vårt sinne på vägen till upplysning. Ta en paus, sitt i tystnad och odla hjärtas och sinnets kvaliteter.
Vi erbjuder endagsretreat och längre retreat. Våra endagsretreat sker ofta i anslutning till modulerna i det tvååriga studieprogrammet Discovering Buddhism, men alla som har grundläggande förståelse för den buddhistiska vägen är välkomna att delta i dessa med. I höst kommer Venerable Khadro också leda mer sekulära mindfulness retreatdagar på Yeshin Norbu.
